How can I best describe my experience with Peggy G....well....the answer to what I had been looking for over a period of 2 years. I am in a position at a multi-franchise dealership where I am always stressed for time and trying to meet deadlines. Being in a remote district, the cost and time involved in getting the training/instruction I required was not a possibility. I did not have the time to have to mull through training modules that probably only contained a fraction of what I needed instruction on....well, then I met Peggy. She was able to attend my dealership and provide one on one instruction in the areas that I needed and opened my eyes to so many quicker and up-dated methods of doing my tasks it provided me time to work in other areas. Unfortunately when staff changes happen, people are taught how things have always been done for the same reason I was unable to attend off-site training.
